RESCHEDULING
If it is necessary to reschedule your visit to the castle, it will be possible to do so up to 48 hours in advance. You must contact the hotel service center, providing your details and a new date for visiting. The rescheduling will be done free of charge, except when there is a difference in rates, between high and low season, for example, and the customer is responsible for paying the excess amount
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Pursuant to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the purchaser has a period of 07 (seven) days, counting from the date of purchase, to request cancellation and full refund of the amount paid, applicable to purchases that were not made at the hotel reception.
If cancellations are made within this deadline and the tickets have not been purchased at the hotel reception, the amounts will be fully refunded to the purchaser.
After the period of 07 days, the purchaser may request a change of the date of use of the ticket, at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date for use, regardless of the season (high or low) and day of the week for which the ticket was purchased.
If the customer has not requested cancellation within 07 (seven) days after the purchase and is not interested in changing the date for use, they can request cancellation at least 07 (seven) days before the scheduled date of use of the ticket and a fine of 20% (twenty percent) will be charged on the total amount of the ticket purchased.
After 30 days from the expected date of use, it will be considered a No-Show, without the possibility of changing the date, credit or reimbursement of the ticket
TICKET RULE
Children's ticket: this ticket is sold only at the hotel reception valid for children from 3 to 15 years old, requiring the presentation of ID or proof of age on the day of the visit;
Best age: this ticket is sold only at the hotel reception over 60 years of age in accordance with article 23 of law 10,741/2003 upon presentation of an official photo document;
Student: this ticket is sold only at the hotel reception in accordance with the second paragraph of article 1 of law 12,933/2013 upon presentation of a student ID;
RULE FOR GRATUITOUSNESS
Children up to 2 years and 11 months do not pay: it is mandatory to present their ID or proof of age on the day of the visit
