EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation can be requested up to 7 days after approval of the purchase, without withholding amounts, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. Cancellation must be made by e-mail to atendimento@cacauspa.com.br with all the data and information of the contracted service. The refund will be made within 15 business days after the cancellation is approved

Chocoland Hotel Gramado reserves the right to cancel the service with prior notice, except in cases of force majeure.
A fee of 10% will be charged on the price of the service, and payment of this fee is optional.
RESCHEDULING
If there is a need to reschedule your decoration, it will be possible to do so up to 48 hours in advance. You must contact the hotel's call center, providing your details and a new time. Rescheduling will be done at no cost
