.EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation can be requested up to 7 days after approval of the purchase, without withholding amounts, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. Cancellation must be made by e-mail to reservas@chocoland.com.br, with all the data and information of the contracted service. The refund will be made within 15 business days after the cancellation is approvedImportant:
- The voucher must be presented at the reception, along with identification document.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel the service with prior notice, except in cases of force majeure.
- The amount of the voucher corresponds to one chocolate bar produced per participant.
- Tolerance of 10 minutes compared to the reservation time, after which it will be considered a no-show.
