.EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation can be requested up to 7 days after approval of the purchase, without withholding amounts, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. Cancellation must be made by e-mail to atendimento@cacauspa.com.br with all the data and information of the contracted service. The refund will be made within 15 business days after the cancellation is approved.Important:
- The voucher must be presented at the reception, along with an identification document.
- Chocoland Hotel Gramado reserves the right to cancel the service with prior notice, except in cases of force majeure.
- A fee of 10% will be charged on the price of the service, and payment of this fee is optional.
