.EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation can be requested up to 7 days after approval of the purchase, without withholding amounts, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. CacauSPA reserves the right to cancel the service with prior notice, except in cases of force majeure.
