This Children's Month, Castelo Chocoland transforms imagination into chocolate at Oficina Brinquedolate, a unique activity where the little ones become true chocolatiers.

During the workshop, each child gets hands-on, unleashes creativity and creates their own chocolate Pop It. It's a game that awakens all the senses: the irresistible smell of chocolate, the touch of dough in your hands and, of course, the pleasure of tasting your own creation.

The experience lasts approximately 40 minutes.

A 10% service fee will be added to the amounts shown.

EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation can be requested up to 7 days after approval of the purchase, without withholding amounts, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. Cancellation must be made by e-mail to atendimento@cacauspa.com.br with all the data and information of the contracted service. The refund will be made within 15 business days after the cancellation is approved

Important:

The voucher must be presented at the reception, along with an identification document.

Chocoland Hotel Gramado reserves the right to cancel the service with prior notice, except in cases of force majeure.

A fee of 10% will be charged on the price of the service, and payment of this fee is optional.

RESCHEDULING

If there is a need to reschedule your decoration, it will be possible to do so up to 48 hours in advance. You must contact the hotel's call center, providing your details and a new time. Rescheduling will be done at no cost
